Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.

Note: For items that arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.

  • Personalised or customised products (e.g. printed or embroidered with customer designs) are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or have manufacturing defects.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@legacieshub.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable for damaged items).

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with further instructions.

  3. Once approved, return the item to the address provided, including a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Items purchased with store credit or gift cards will be refunded to store credit only.


5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or colour), please follow the same return process and mention the item you’d like in exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund or offer store credit instead.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, LEGACIES HUB will provide a pre-paid return label.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Customised products (e.g. embroidered or printed with names/designs)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us at info@legacieshub.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange, full refund, or store credit.
